主旨：公告本校113年度校外競賽表現傑出學生獎勵，申請資格、受理方式及時間、應送交資料及相關注意事項。
依據：本校校外競賽表現傑出學生獎勵要點。
公告事項：
一、申請資格：凡本校在學學生於112年1月起至113年5月，曾參加全國性或國際性競賽獲有殊榮並於規定期限前至單一入口服務網-學生學習歷程系統-參與競賽提報且經審核通過者。(提報規定期限：第一學期競賽須於3月15日前，第二學期競賽須於10月15日前，本學期競賽若已結束，請於5月31日前完成提報及申請，逾期則請於114年度再申請)
二、受理時間及方式：
(一)下載申請表時間：2月19日(一)上午9時至5月31日(五)下午5時止，書面申請表件繳交時間為2月19日(一)至5月31(五)止，逾期不予受理。
(二)自行上網下載申請表：本校首頁-單一入口服務-學生學習歷程系統-參與競賽-校外傑出獎勵申請(112年度已獎勵過之案件不得再提出申請)。
(三)學生以同一件作品於同一年度參加各項全國性或國際性競賽並皆獲殊榮者，應擇一最優殊榮提出申請獎勵。
(四)團體比賽由一人為代表提出申請，並於申請表中列出所有參賽者名單。
三、應送交資料：
(一)申請表：需經本校專任教師或指導老師一名推薦並簽章。
(二)登錄「技職風雲榜」後列印出之文件（登錄相關問題，請洽系辦或研發處楊宜蓉助理，分機2513）。
(三)檢具由主辦單位頒發之得獎證明及參賽辦法影本：請於參賽辦法獎次處以螢光筆劃記。
四、相關注意事項：
(一)未完整送交前項「應送交資料」規定之資料，將不於受理。
(二)受理單位：教務處註冊組，連絡分機：2213塗小姐。
(三)評審結果：預計七月上旬公告，獎金八月底前匯入受獎人帳戶。
(四)本公告事項將公告於本校教務資訊系統最新消息及mail至學生信箱。
(五)檢附本校校外競賽表現傑出學生獎勵要點。

Announcement:
1. Eligibility: All Yuntech students who, from January 2023 to May 2024, have participated in national or international competitions and have been honored, and who have reported and been approved through the Yuntech SSO service website - Student Learning Portfolio System - Competition Participation within the specified deadline. (Reporting deadlines: Competitions in the first semester must be reported by March 15, those in the second semester by October 15. If the competition for this semester has concluded, please complete the reporting and application by May 31. Applications for competitions that have passed these deadlines will be considered in the 2025 academic year.)
2. Application Period and Method:
a) Downloading the application form: Available from 9 a.m. on February 19 to 5 p.m. on May 31. Hard copies of the application must be submitted within the same period. Late submissions will not be accepted.
b) Download the application form online: Yuntech homepage - Yuntech SSO service - Student Learning Portfolio System - Competition Participation - Application for External Outstanding Award (cases already awarded in the 2023 academic year are not eligible for reapplication).
c) Students who have received honors for the same work in various national or international competitions within the same academic year must apply for the award based on the highest honor received.
d) For group competitions, one representative must apply and list all participants in the application form.
3. Required Documentation:
a) Application form: Must be recommended and signed by a full-time Yuntech teacher or advisor.
b) Printout of the document from the "Technical and Vocational Education Talent List" after registration (for registration-related inquiries, please contact Assistant Yang Yi-Rong at the Office of Research and Development, extension 2513).
c) Copies of the award certificate issued by the organizing body and the competition regulations, with the award level highlighted with a fluorescent marker.
4. Additional Information:
a) Incomplete submission of the aforementioned 'Required Documentation' will result in the application not being processed.
b) Accepting Office: Office of Academic Affairs, Registration Division, contact extension: 2213 Ms. Tu.
c) Review Results: The results are expected to be announced in early July, with the award money being transferred into the recipients' accounts by the end of August.
d) The details of this announcement will be posted on the Yuntech Academic Information System's latest news and emailed to students' inboxes.
