國家發展委員會為推動人口及移民政策，加強延攬全球前500大大學畢業生來臺工作，製作電子傳單「Exploring Your Future In Taiwan」，強調世界排名前500名大學之畢業生在我國從事專門性或技術性工作無須具備2年工作經驗；並製作電子傳單「Work in Taiwan」，提供渠等來臺工作申請簽證之規定說明，吸引當地優秀人才來臺工作居留，進而落實我國留才攬才之政策目的。
